The St. Thomas Aquinas High School family once again showed how big their hearts are with the outpouring of donations for Thanksgiving.
Today, a group of 16 STA students accompanied by Sister Cynthia, Mr. Kevin McCarthy, Ms. Rose Riccardi, and the Most Reverend Bishop James Checchio visited the St. Vincent de Paul Society Food Bank in Perth Amboy to help pack bags of food and distribute food to the those in need. Much of the food that was packed and distributed was donated by STA students and their families. The STA volunteers were truly the face of God to everyone at the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry.
Thanksgiving is much better this year for many area families because of the generous hearts of the Aquinas Family.
